Charlie Burrows

Charlie Burrows was the oldest of six children and grew up in a Catholic home in Dorchester, MA. Interest in future things and the Occult drew Charlie to begin searching. Through this searching, God opened his eyes to Biblical prophecy and used it to bring him to Christ. Charlie graduated from Wentworth Institute and is a draftsman and 3D modeler for Simpson, Gumpertz, and Heger. At COB, he has served as the chairman of the trustees, taught primary and adult Sunday School, and served on the AV Committee. He has been an elder since 2003. Charlie enjoys working on cars, sailing (since that's how he met his wife), and camping. He has been married to Nancy for 27 wonderful years and has five children.

Rick Callahan

Rick Callahan grew up at COB. Only his mother was saved and she faithfully brought him to church. At the age of 14, Rick accepted Christ as his Savior at a church youth retreat. Rick served in the US Army after high school and returned to work at Ariston Engraving & Machine Co. in Woburn, MA. He has been there for 45 years now and oversees operations. For many years, Rick has served in the Circle B ministry, Fishers of Men, Sunday School Superintendent, trustee, OBA Day School Committee chairman, and Bible teacher. Rick's wife, Marcia, works as the church secretary. She and Rick have been married for 41 years and have four grown children and nine grandchildren.

Mike Tammaro

Through the providence of God, Michael Tammaro was adopted when he was three months old by a Bible-believing family. They began attending COB when he was five, and at the age of seven Michael accepted Christ as his personal Savior. Michael graduated from Open Bible Academy before earning a Business degree from Salem State College. He now works as a Vice President for the Beal Companies in Boston where he has worked since 1994. He is involved in the sale, leasing, and evaluation of commercial and residential properties in and around Boston. For many years, Michael has served in music ministries, Circle B, and teaching Sunday School.
