Youth Group

The youth ministry at The Church of the Bible serves students in grades 7-12 and is led by a handful of adults who faithfully serve within our assembly.

Our prevailing prayer and hope as these students transition from childhood to adulthood is found in Colossians 1:9-12, that they all “may be filled with the knowledge of [God’s] will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.” (ESV)

During our times together, we aim to clearly proclaim the gospel of Christ and teach biblical doctrine which our students can live by each day. We do so through Bible study and small-group and one-on-one discipleship, as well as by getting to know each other through fun activities in the Boston area.

Schedule:

From September to May, Youth Group meets weekly during Sunday School from 9:30–10:15 a.m., and on the first and third Fridays of the month from 6:30–8:15 p.m. in the Youth Room.

During the summer, Youth Group generally meets on the first and third Wednesdays from 7:00–8:00 p.m. in the Youth Room.

We also schedule other fun activities and outings during the year such as Boda Borg, Progressive Dinners, trips to Boston, hikes, summer days at the lakes in New Hampshire, and more.

Our formal schedule of upcoming events can be found by looking at the Church Calendar.
